"Issac and Alex hung my tv for me AND built my tv stand with fireplace insert. They are both wonderful!! The two guys work well together and seem to have a lot of skill and patience! What a wonderful handyman service Springs at Apple Valley makes available to us! Thank you !"
"When looking for a new place to live, an individual has to look for what really matters. To me that’s a community, for others it’s peace and quiet, and for some it’s the amenities. At the springs at Apple Valley you get all that and more. From the monthly community events ranging from passing out breakfast by the gate or hiring a professional photographer to take family holiday photos. They give you a sense of community. The office staff is beyond professional and make the time to get to know each renter as an individual. The maintenance team is beyond knowledgeable and respond to every request in a timely manner. When it comes to living here if you are looking for a community then this is the place."
"The entire campus is just a parking lot that is very poorly maintained in the winter. Expect lots of falls while walking your dog. The tap water is over-softened and tastes like scum. Management is mostly absent unless you leave 2-3 voicemails. And the garbage service is a rip-off, so you can expect to walk your trash 10-15 minutes to the dumpster in subzero weather. If they do sucker you into renting here, don't expect your deposit back. In fact, whatever you pay when you move in, expect to add $100-$200 when you move out. They WILL nickel and dime every cent out of you. Likely to pay for their joke of gate that is always broken, because I don't see the management team getting paid all that much, considering they're never in the office and are constantly losing paperwork. My guess is they make most of their money writing fake 5 star reviews"
"The list of complaints I have for my time at the springs is to long to write & i don’t want to waste a minute more of my time on this apartment complex/ management. As shortly as I can write this they are over priced dirty apartments with broken appliances. Maintenance was always very hardworking & kind nothing against them, but the years I lived there I never once used my dishwasher bc It wouldn’t work & despite not using it it flooded my house like 5 times over flowed my sink & left me washing dishes and baby bottles in the bathroom. There would be water all the way to my carpets and I’d take hours cleaning & management could literally care less. I wasn’t allowed to see my unit prior to move in. A attached driveway was crucial due to my husbands job lots of loading heavy materials & convenience with two kids. I trusted I had that, only to find out my truck stuck out three feet out our driveway it was so small any car would stick out I immediately contacted office & was told that it was fine and wouldn’t be a problem. A whole year later I was told I couldn’t park there or it would be towed at my expense. Yet nothing was accommodated. And again they could care less. Valet trash is trash nothing more to say there. Also very confused about cleaning fees & pet fees, when I moved it it took my 8 hours of non stop cleaning with my husband there was dog hair in the microwave, fridge & freezer it was literally stuck to the walls and trim, on top of the kitchen cabinets stuck on with grease it took us months to get the dog hair out. We had a brand new never used vacuum and when I fist vacuumed moving in we filled it with dog hair. I was so grossed out I made my husband go rent a carpet cleaner at Menards and we went over carpets three times and water came out black how filthy they were. So I’m very confused with the cleaning fees we were charged when moved out, where does the money go ? Bc they for sure aren’t getting cleaned. Sadly my phone with pictures was damaged.La"
"(EDITED) I didn't read other reviews, but looks like other had the same experience when moving out. Wish I could give zero stars. Moved out recently and the experience was extremely lack luster. Moved out 45 days prior to lease expiration. Management was very un-interested in helping me once I turned my keys in which was frustrating. Had apartment professionally cleaned ($700) per community instructions and they still charged me over $500 for "cleaning" unit which not only consumed my security deposit, but I also owed them another $200. Very shady with little to no response when contacted. The security gate was broken more than 60% of the time I lived there, the valet trash is not worth it, my furnace would fail during extreme cold temps and before they would come out and fix the temp would drop to the low 60s (this happened multiple times each winter and they would not replace). I would not recommend this community if you have other options."
