"Beautiful building and wonderful residents. I moved in when the building first opened and have been here a year. I I love my apartment. However, there is no dog park as promised, my dog isn’t even allowed to go potty on the property’s grass (!). Not a dog friendly building at all. I have asked maintenance repeatedly not to come in my apartment when I am not here. I ask again on each service request I fill out. They keep doing it. They also don’t leave a note saying they they were in my apartment. I find out days later. One time I walked into my apartment and found a contractor alone in my apt working on something with out a building maintenance person present. I have complained to no avail. I feel violated and unsafe. Also turnover in front office is extremely high. *** Edit: I had a conversation with the property manager for Risor of Apple Valley the day after I posted my review. We had a very productive, friendly, and respectful conversation regarding maintenance entering my apartment without notice, and new pet guidelines. I am taking Risor Management at their word and changing my rating from 3 stars to 5. I do love living here!"

"I love my apartment and my fellow residents, so why only three stars? The reason is that I have had questions about paying my rent on line and after many emails and a letter I still have not gotten a response. It is my feeling that the Roers corporation has no idea how to manage a complex. They usually sell an apartment complex with in a year of completion. In Apple Valley they were not allowed to build unless they agreed not to sell for ten years. Why they don't hire a management company is a big question. A professional manage company would not allow questions to go unanswered.Instead they keep hiring and loosing people for this building. I wonder why? Needless to say, something isn't going well. So if you are considering this , do keep in mind that the people who live here are great, but Management Stinks."

"More information would have been helpful. Garage access procedures, storage unit assigned could not be located. Keys were requested day before move in, assured it would be no problem as 2 employees would be available and would take less than 5 minutes. Took over 30 min as only 1 employee assisting other occupant. Costing me money as moving company had to wait to unload."

"Visited family and loved staying here. Great location, excellent party room, pool and patio. I really appreciated that they allowed my wife and I to visit relatives and stay for FREE in a studio for a couple days. I used the weight room and it was perfect for my workout. They also have a golf simulator which is cool,but didn't get a chance to try it."
