"Apartment look nice. I didn't get to tour one but they look very nice from the picture I was shown. Kris was nice to talk too.Love the place staff are great I truly love living at Remington Cove. The staff is great ,the apartments are wonderful,and you couldn't ask for a nicer place to live."

"Minnesota Statute § 504B.211, states a landlord may enter the premises rented by a tenant “only for a reasonable business purpose and after making a good faith effort to give the tenant reasonable notice . . .” They must have a reasonable business purpose for the entry and stick to that reasonable business purpose. However, on 11/30/2023, Kris was snooping through my apartment, taking photos of my belongings when maintenance was supposed to replace the air filter and check for water leaks. This is a privacy violation under Minnesota Statute § 504B.211. They also left the dirty air filter in my apartment. I pay over $2000 a month (never late) for management to treat me like a criminal but they're the ones violating privacy laws."

"Such a beautiful and clean environment from Remington cove. I never experienced any problem. Management is quick to get a hold of and are super friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix things when needed. I can’t complain about anything. Rented here for 2 years unfortunately I had to leave but luckily my roomies loves it here and decided to continue living here. Rooms are big and have plenty of space. Buildings are clean and have heated underground garages and a gym and common areas and cleaned regularly. Stores and restaurant are close so when it’s beautiful outside you can go take a walk because everything is so close by."
