I would like to personally shout out Zac and Page for providing me the best customer service, you guys' rock! Their whole team is prompt, and professional and I really appreciate them treating me like a person, and not treating me like a sale. I highly recommend checking this place out, the apartments are beautiful with great finishes, and it is in a very convenient location for all my shopping needs. Thank you again, and best believe I will be telling my friends and family about this awesome community!"

"Great Building, modern construction with quality features like in-unit heating and forced air, awesome common areas with amazing lighting. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Service requests are often handled day of, and leasing agents are quick to respond to questions. You'll struggle to find a better place to rent!"

"We loved living at the Fenley. The apartment felt very well built and very soundproof (I don't think I heard a neighbor once) which was nice being so close to the airport. The amenities are very nice and the building is clean and well maintained. The only thing we didn't love was the location, not ideal for us personally but could be nice for some people. Mikayla was always very nice and helpful whenever we had concerns."

"Love this apartments, their facilities are amazing, if you are planning for renting this is the place to go, full of amenities and they’re clean and fancy. The staff super friendly and kind. Good ambiance and good place for our fury pets! The apartments are very close to Mall of America and you have the subway just around the corner. I really love it!"
