"If not for the bed and an odor in our room, I'd rate this much higher. However, the bed was hard, the pillows uncomfortable and we tossed and turned all night. I actually woke up with snarled hair because of tossing and turning. Aside from that our king room on a higher floor was nicely setup. A very nice bathroom with supplies that were useful. A great shower and a tub setup that actually looked inviting. The drawbacks were that there was an odor. To me it was musty. We tolerated it, but I washed all our clothes when we got home as those smells seem to cling. Another annoying thing is to have a mini-frig, but not having it be on and cold when we arrived. We had to track down the ice machine instead which is all the way down on the 2nd floor. And lastly, as I said, the bed was too hard. Pros include a great workout center, which is large, stocked, has good working equipment, and is open 24 hours. The bar and restaurant are nice, but I do think it's odd they designed the main floor so that people have to walk through the restaurant to get to the lobby and elevators. Workers were pleasant and helpful which adds quite a bit to the stay. The room was quiet which is always appreciated. Valet or self parking is directly below the hotel and convenient if not cheap. I know you cannot park overnight in the mall lots, but it's painful to pay when normally you park for free to go to the mall. It's nice to be connected to the mall to be able to stay inside the entire time if you wish. The mall is accessible beginning early morning and until the last restaurant or bars close."

Super convenient to MSP AIRPORT and downtown twin cities. Felt super safe the entire time. A range of nearby activities for all ages. A great place to mall walk and shop.
