Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Bloomington, an IHG Hotel 5150 American Boulevard West, Bloomington, MN 55437

"Fantastic stay! Friendly front desk staff. We were in room 202 which was a one bedroom suite with two double beds and a kitchenette. The kitchenette was beautifully updated and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hot tub was nice and warm. The pool was a little chilly. Continental breakfast was awesome, scrambled eggs, sausage, and an assortment of baked goods. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d stay here again."

"The pool/spa is closed. they allow you to use the hotel next door but when asked the front lady which hotel she could not think of which one we could use. After figuring it out ourselves and walking outside in our swimsuits, the pool and hot tub were over capacity due to two hotel guests using it. Breakfast was not a good selection as I had seen at other hotels. I would not stay here again, there are many other hotels in the area that are better."

"Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation since the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance during our trip, we were looking forward to staying here. Maybe another time"

"Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing (and forgiving) when my child accidentally poured his hot chocolate mix in the top of the hot water dispenser. Rooms were immaculate. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many options and cute touches, including containers of salsa and shredded cheese for your scrambled eggs. This will be our new go-to hotel when visiting the Twin Cities."

"Tesla owners, beware: This hotel charges per kWh for their Tesla Destination chargers, despite there being no signage or anything on their website that warns you of this. In my experience, it is highly unusual for any business to charge customers to use their Tesla Destination chargers. Also, pet owners, beware: The higher priced "Pet Package" does not include the extra $75 pet fee as one might assume based on the name of the package."
