"After you have signed in, I would recommend using the back door for entry/exit unless you want to socialize and have a drink. Location is small, so everyone is "gathered" in the lobby."
"This was an excellent and very comfortable hotel while we were visiting the Minneapolis area last weekend!!! Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: 5 Comfort: 5 This lodging is situated just south of interstate 494, and about west of the MSP international Airport. We decided during our trip to the Minneapolis area that we would spend three nights at this hotel, and the reservation process was quick and easy. The staff employee that we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival of this hotel there was plenty of parking for their guests. Once we finally got checked in and in our room, we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate."
"What stood out about my stay. Easy, Sue. I only missed one night visiting her down in the lobby area for dinner. Sue served drinks and had a special for food every night. The room was clean and very comfortable as well. I’ll stay aging in a year."
"Heat not working in the rooms. My kids had to sleep with winter clothes to stay warm. Don't buy the included breakfast. No pancakes or waffles included. Super 8 has better breakfast."
"We were there for the Gay Softball World Series. There was no hot water for the entire week. We complained everyday and the staff said that they were aware of the problem. They sent the maintenance man and he told us to turn the water on and let it run for 5 minutes and it would get hot. In never got past lukewarm, which is totally unacceptable. They did give me a $50 refund, however, when you charge over $175 a night to stay in a luxury hotel $50 was nearly enough. I was charged 103 thousand points for 3 1/2 nights and $478.85 cash for 2 1/2 nights. Way too much for this dump. On August 31, 2023, we went to a team lunch. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out. When we returned, I noticed that my ring was missing. I called the front desk to report my missing ring, the girl said she'd check with housekeeping and get back to me. She never did. I went to use the jacuzzi and while downstairs, I asked the front desk if she'd heard anything and she said no. The housekeeping manager overheard us talking and jumped into our conversation. She said that the housekeepers are NOT SUPPOSED to touch any personal objects, so they didn't take it. I went on with my business, When leaving for my game that night, I told the girl at the front desk that I would be calling the police and making a report. She replied do what you got to do. When we got back to the hotel that night, my ring was back in our room. Both of us had torn the room apart looking for it before ever contacting the front desk. Seemed funny that my ring appeared after saying I was going to call the police. The bright spot of our stay was the bartender Sue, who was awesome and made us feel welcomed. The front desk personnel Sam and young black girl were also exceptional. The rest of the staff were average and didn't seem to like their job. I will probably never stay at a Hilton Brand Hotel again. This was a horrible experience and for the money and points spent, was NOT WORTH THE STAY. Scott Kincaid"
