"This was great place for the price. Very clean, shuttle to the airport, and helpful staff. Employees Sandy and Reddy were helpful and always tidying up and cleaning the common areas. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back to the Twin Cities."

"We stay in hotels all the time for my husband's job and we have stayed here at the Super 8 at least 20 times in the last 6 months or so. We choose here over other places because Reddy at the front desk is phenomenal at what he does and is so kind to us and takes care of anything we need while we are here. We never know how long we are gonna be staying and he does everything he can to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. He is a true professional and is the main reason we keep coming back to this hotel. It always puts a smile on our face to walk in and see Reddy holding it down at the front desk in his signature red jacket. He always greets us like a friend and is the epitome of cool, calm, and collected. The rooms are clean, the location is great, the housekeepers are all very respectful and do a great job. Keep it up!"

"The employees here have been very sweet and super helpful. The place is newly renovated and looks nice… At first, the room has a sort of not bad just weird odor and the furniture looks worn overall for the price that you pay the room I was in wasn’t that bad, I just didn’t feel completely comfortable"

"While transiting through Minneapolis, I needed a place to stay for one night. Given my student budget, I opted for something more affordable. I was prepared for a very basic accomodation due to the low cost, but my overall experience here was terrible. Their website claimed that a shuttle passes by every 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting outside the airport for over an hour before one finally arrived. At the front desk, the staff were kind and welcoming. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor, which I was willing to tolerate due to the budget nature of the accommodation. However, to my horror, I discovered literal bloodstains all over the sheets. This was an extremely traumatizing experience, and I cannot recommend staying at this place."
