"I made a reservation at 1:30am for a late check in. They made the reservation and took my payment information. We arrived at 3:50am and we were told the reservation had been cancelled because we needed to arrive by 4:00am, when I pointed out it was before 4:00,am, they quickly changed and said their policy was check in by 3:00am. They didn't tell me this when I made the reservation and in fact told me it was non-refundable. They were very rude and seemed a little sketchy. I would never stay there!!!!! It was also filthy."

"I stayed there for 3 days and on the 2nd day I was accused of doing drugs because I would frequently go outside and smoke cigarettes in my car or just go places. I'm not the type of person to just sit in the room. I like to feel productive."

"Had to come into town in a moment's notice I had reservation with the hotel but had to cancel it because I wouldn't have made it on time. I showed up in person 5:30 in the morning after a 5-hour Drive with a car full of kids. Almost entirely empty parking lot. Was told that I could not get a room because it was not 3:00 p.m.. I went to the quality Hotel right next door and I had a room in 10 minutes."

"The room definitely did not look like what they advertise on the pictures. So outdated. Everything about the room was dirty. There was stains on the carpet, bed sheets and pillow cases and the bed was so uncomfortable!!! Outdated TV, no microwave or fridge. The bathroom tub looked dirty and worn out, all the paint was chipping off and fading. They are definitely being stingy in upkeeping this place. Also their hallways smelled. This is definitely a 1 star hotel. I wish I could upload the pictures I took of the room and how dirty it was. Definitely never staying here again especially with all the other nice hotels around it with almost the same price!"

"Absolutely a dump, nothing has been upgraded in years. A horrible smell in the hallways and room. Smelled like cheap men's cologne. Rooms are small, on 2 lights in the room and both had different light bulb types. Exterior door key card access was broken and damaged on multiple outside doors (allowing access only at the front of the hotel). Hotel location is in a bad area of Minneapolis. Would advise not to walk at night. We checked out the next day and cancelled the remaining 4 day stay."
