"Fantastic hotel. Great room that was very clean, modern, and smelled really nice. Really nice location if you want to go to the Mall of course, but still well located for the rest of the city."

"The room was a pretty standard room, which I was happy with. No microwave which is really disappointing as you often have leftovers from the mall. The pool was why I gave it a lower score. I used goggles and there was so much stuff floating in it and every few minutes of swimming I had hairs wrapping around my hands. I'd go back because of the location, but the pool needs to be cleaned."

"I loved the location but was not happy about the parking. Was originally charged for parking in there own parking ramp but was full ended we come back. Why charge and not save my spot. Walked over a block with all of our stuff to and from hotel. No microwave in the room. Never have had that before. The room was very very clean and the ladies who we asked for ice were very helpful. To pay over $200 for a room and no breakfast was a disappointment. The place was convenient so that was a plus"

"This hotel room was so warm! The coolest it got was 72 degrees and engineering proved it with their little thermometer. I like to sleep at 66 degrees or cooler, so I didn't sleep being warm all night. Good luck if you're staying here for work."

"Two of my friends and I booked a room for a girl's weekend. Overall, we loved it!! The whole hotel including our room was very clean and they had great service. The only downside was that there wasn't a hot tub down by the pool and the hair dryer in our room only blew cold air. But we had a great time and I would definitely come back with my family or friends again."
