"Don’t live here ever. This is the legitimate worse place I’ve ever lived. Neighbors are inconsiderate. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and have illegally came into my apartment without notice. Apartments have horrible air flow, and rent is way too much for what you actually get. If I could give them a lower score I would because I wouldn’t even suggest this place to my worst enemies"

"This was the worst place we've ever lived. For starters, the apartment was extremely loud. The walls are so thin that it sounded like the neighbor's baby lived in our kitchen cupboard. We could hear every word the neighbors said. Two floors below, the neighbors stood on their balcony and moaned and screamed gibberish from about 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. or later most nights. Complaining to the office resulted in the downstairs neighbors screaming "QUIET DOWN!" at each other half the night. They were so loud that their cries echoed off of the building and back into the apartment. We couldn't live like that. There is a parcel locker in the lobby and the only delivery person that uses it is USPS. Amazon, FedEx, and UPS ignore it and put parcels in the vestibule, resulting in theft. I had a $700 FedEx package stolen this way. We only lived in the unit for three weeks before it was so unbearable that we had to leave. I'm rating one star because, one, I can't give lower than that and two, the escape clause in the lease was the only good thing going at this place. We left with all of our fees and deposits. Avoid this place like the plague. There are so many better options in the south metro."

"Great place to live. Management is quick to respond to all issues! The communication is also outstanding. I would recommend living here. I needed an AC replaced and they did exactly that, and also in less than 24 hours of my request. Quick and clean. I would have never known they were ever in my apartment. Awesome job! Thank you."

"I did happen to be home when Brian came to check the fire alarm & carbon monoxide fixtures in my apartment. He was pleasant to talk with and very professional in the way he conducted himself. I was very satisfied with this service and that of the persons who came earlier to change my furnace filter. Thank you."
