"The best complex I lived in so far. The administrative office are very helpful and kind. Candice is amazing with the whole process from beginning until move in and after move in also."
"We had a tour here and applied for a unit, decided it wasn’t for us, was told we would get our deposit back on the phone and come to find out they are NOT RETURNING our payment even though we were told otherwise! So now we are out $300 because of their Miss communication and the management there is refusing our money back and barley giving an apology. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! Already screwed us over and we didn’t even live there, so glad we went another direction but dissatisfied with their service and attitude."
"I've been living here for about 2 years now, I'm posting now because I'll likely be moving out at the end of my lease. The new management has been better in my opinion, my biggest complaint was maintenance and the new management has been incredibly prompt about getting my concerns addressed. Whereas previous management was slow and unresponsive to my requests, without getting into details, there was an incident with my heating during the winter that took about 2 months to get fixed under the old management, when my hot water heater went out under new management, I had a new water heater within the week. The area is nice and decently quiet, were far enough in to not be bothered by traffic from Normandale, and I'm a stones throw from 494. The walking paths are great if you have dog(s) or are looking for a path to jog on without having to deal with the busy streets. The package delivery room is nice, I order some more expensive packages and it's nice to know that they would be safe if I couldn't get to them the instant they were dropped off. The complex is decently pet friendly, I've seen many people walking a variety of breeds around, and if I remember correctly if your pet is on the "Restricted" list, all you need to do is meet with management to show it's not feral creature and you'll be fine. There is also a dog area in the middle of the property that's fenced in if you want to let your dog socialize and run off the leash for a bit. There are stations around with dog bags and bins to deposit.... stuff. So if you have some furry friends, this is a good place I'd say. I will likely not be renewing my lease due to the price hike. I haven't meaningfully seen any upgrades worth the 15% hike in rent. The month to month price is a joke at about 2600, which is about 1000 more than my current rate, I understand a premium on month to month, but that seems wildly excessive. Looking at other apartments in the area, the new rate is similar, but definitely more expensive than other offerings. So I wouldn't say this is a rip-off or excessive for the area, but it is more than I'd expect for little to no upgrades in my current apartment. And no, I don't count replacing old broken utilities as "upgrades", that's just expected. I think I'm miffed more than anything that the month to month price is so atrocious, not giving me the option of a month or two extra to find a new place if I can't afford yours is really bad faith. I mean seriously, 1000 bucks extra?"
"Very good amenities. From the outdoor pool, BBQ area, basketball court and more. Indoor amenities include exercise room, gaming room and a wonderful full kitchen and seating area. Having a washer and dryer in my unit is amazing, no more trips to the laundry mat."
"Been here over 2 years and love it. I had all new appliances and everything clean and in great shape when I moved in. I love my corner apartment with the vaulted ceilings and extra windows, the view of the pond, the balcony, and the neighborhood for walks and runs. The staff seems to keep things nice, like grounds maintenance, new paint and doors in the common space outside my apartment, a cool package kiosk, and a new gym. I very rarely hear my neighbors when I'm in my apartment and it's very quiet here, surprisingly with all the dogs around :) I like the family atmosphere of all the dogs and people walking around the pond. Lots of parking outside too if you have people over. The neighborhood is quiet and it's in a perfect location in Bloomington between all the freeways. I work south of Bloomington but still go into Minneapolis and other surrounding cities and it's easy to get anywhere. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, hardware store, and gym. The few maintenance requests I've had have been responded to in 1-2 days and management responds to emails quickly and have always been super friendly and helpful. The couple times they've had to come into my apartment for any other reason, they've called and emailed to check with me first. It's the best place I've lived and I feel safe and calm here. It had all the things on my list, like underground parking garage, in unit washer/dryer, open kitchen, balcony, and extra windows and light. I love it here and will probably stay until I want to buy a home."
