"Diana Goodman, the property manager, is the NASTIEST individual you will ever deal with. She is absolutely disgusting. This is a FRUIT FLY INFESTED PROPERTY. Then she will blame it on you and say it’s because you have house plants... When moving out, I did a walk through with her. There was discoloration on some of the cabinets in the bathroom, they had turned a green color due to the cheap paint they used but she blamed it on me saying it “must have been from some chemicals you used to clean it.” I never used any chemicals on any of the cabinetry. So not only did I not get my deposit back, this psychopath added a thousand dollars to my bill. Also if you enjoy listening to everything your neighbors do, this dump is the place for you!"

"can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. if you’re in the hallway you can also hear entire conversations coming from inside residents rooms. Lastly wish it was disclosed before moving in, but right outside my window there was construction everyday for two months in the parking ramp starting at 7 am everyday. Plus if you live on the east side of the building there’s a unit outside that makes noise for about 1-2 hours a day"

"This is a nice community. It is kept clean, the front desk is nice, and the residents are pretty friendly. There are parties different times throughout the year hosted by the front office. There is underground parking which is nice and cleaned twice a year. This includes a vacuum. A lake is nearby that you can walk around as well. Depending on who your neighbor is and what kind of dog they have you will hear it running around above your head. Most people are pretty mindful of neighbors but I had a few that weren’t. The party room is right off of the pool and is great for entertaining. There is an tv, pool table and full kitchen in there. Overall this is a pleasant community and I would recommend it to others."

"I’ve lived at the Preserve for two years now and I recommend it highly. The office, maintenance, and cleaning teams are always helpful, kind, and attentive. I appreciate the workout rooms, the pool and zen garden amenities, and the underground parking. And the easy access to 494/100 and the proximity to Normandale Lake is an added bonus! You may hear your neighbors from time to time, but expect a certain amount of that in an apartment building and I’ve felt lucky to have neighbors who, for the most part, have been respectful of those around them noise-wise. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area."
