"If you blk don't come here they be in your business like it's section-8 they only friendly to ppl that's on the lease but if you just so happen to walk past management they will look at you like your not supposed to be there my brother didn't know how to drive so I gave him rides daily to work. We shared a car & he had a 2bdr so duhhh ima stay the night sometimes. He kept being accused of having me live there and the only way they was doing that or seeing me is by watching the cameras. As long as nobody got robbed, or stealing or harrassing anybody is the only reason they should look at cameras they literally watch cams to be in your business.. Alot of old people like a nursing home they walls and floors are thin hallways are never being cleaned quiet hours are 10pm bruh I hate this place. The fact they lie and say it's a patio but really it's only a step and u can't smoke or even walk out there. Definitely have pest issues since all the windows to your room is facing the back by the wildlife lol deers and turkeys be all on the parking lot this place is country asl"

"Oak Pointe Apartments was the first apartment I have ever lived in and has set high expectations for my future apartments. We lived in a 2br 1.5b and found it to be really spacious. There is a washer/dryer included in each unit. We watched the sunset every night and we would constantly see wildlife (deer, turkey, owls etc.). It was very peaceful. The apartment is also super quiet, which is a huge plus. Each apartment has one reserved spot in the garage. But the outside parking lot is so large that there is never an issue parking there. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is super close to 494 for access to the cities, but tucked just off the main road to be peaceful. It is right next to the ski hills and nature preserve that has many trails. The pool is also nice. During the winter, they cleared the snow right away. Also, I have never felt unsafe since the general neighborhood is safe and there are security cameras on site. Additionally, Chad, our property manager, is amazing! I asked him so many questions, especially since this was my first apartment, and he never failed to answer them. He is incredibly kind, witty, and an all around genuine person. He truly cares about his residents and that makes all the difference when you're living somewhere new. Maintenance is nice as well. We have only had to submit one request and it was attended to the next business day. A couple things to note: Dogs are not allowed, only cats. The gym is a little small and mostly has treadmills/ellipticals, so if you are really into the gym and don't want to go outdoors to run/bike/hike, it may not be the best. The only reason we did not renew our lease is because I am moving out of state. Definitely recommend this apartment if you like a beautiful, quiet, and welcoming community!"
