"I'm giving this Mainstay a 3 because the TV didn't work in the room even though we checked in later than we wanted to. They also need to clean the walls in room 458. I don't know how long all of the red stuff has been on the walls but it is also in the bathroom. The tub also holds water when trying to take a shower. The services were great and they were willing to give us another room but the room was freezing when we went in after walking over from Outback Steakhouse. I turned the heat on my wife and I went outside to move the car out of the Outback parking spot to a Mainstay parking spot. We didn't want to switch rooms because it was already after 11 and we didn't want to go into a cold room again. Everything else like the service was great."
