"We booked this hotel for a short family vacation so we could go to the MOA. The location was great and the reviews looked to be great online. We checked in and the guy at the front desk was very nice. Got to our room and it was freezing. No big deal so we turned the heat on. Waited a few hours, went to the pool and came back to our room. It was still freezing inside and the heat vent was blowing cold air. Took a shower and the water was lukewarm at best. The hot tub was barely hot and the jets weren’t the greatest. With all of the problems we experienced, we decided to talk to the front desk. They offered us a new room, but we were with another family and our room on 2nd floor was right down the hall so we decided to just stick with our room regardless of the issues. The service was actually great and the staff was all very nice. But because of the room issues we probably won’t be back."

"Nice place great location night crew was amazing. The morning crew on the other hand. I was checking out and left my phone which happens to be my wallet in the room. (Key was in wallet). I come down to 3 employees one on the phone. I stood there while one employee looks at me then walks away. So I turn to the guy on the phone and explain my situation. There was a fat gentleman (who I assume is the shuttle driver) . Who was listening and made a very rude comment. I asked him to repeat himself but he ignored me. The gentleman that was on the phone asked if I had id I said no I was in room 312. Without even asking my name to confirm, he gives me a key and I go retrieve my things. Here is the problem.. The shuttle driver was very rude with his comments and front desk should at least ask my name before giving me a key to a room not safe!!!!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel at an affordable rate. It has great amenities, very friendly staff, good morning breakfast, and sizeable rooms. The rooms themselves are furnished well and exceptionally clean from the mattress to the countertops. The rugs, however, are clearly full of years of dirt and residues and should be replaced urgently. There was also only one desk worker checking in a line of 15+ distressed travelers and it took 35-45 minutes for most to check in. I would definitely stay here again but believe there should be a reexamination of late shift labor burdens and ensuring a more enjoyable check-in process."

"Older male receptionist was great. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Tried to go outside to enjoy the fire pit but there were a bunch of guys so I went back up. Only issue was house keeping trying to come in my room in the morning when check out want until 12. It was sketchy."
