Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - Msp Airport, an IHG Hotel

"We arrived the MSP airport and called the hotel to check if we can check-in around a bit earlier around noon. We were told that there is a room available and we can check-in earlier. However, when we arrived the hotel., we were asked to wait for a few hours until 3 pm to check-in. The front desk is not friendly and told us that the information passed on to us on the phone was not correct. We asked the front desk to see once a room becomes available, before 3 pm please let us know while we are waiting in the lobby. The front desk is very unfriendly and told us she is not responsible for the wrong information that passed on to us on the call. We ended up waiting in the lobby for hours! If we knew there is no room for us to check-in earlier, we won't come to the hotel. Don't stay in this hotel! They do not treat their customers as respect. Very bad service!"

"The shuttle service was excellent with an amazing driver! The night crew at the hotel were incredible! This was at 3am after a full day of challenges at the airport. Tremendous experience!"

"My moms flight was returned to MSP and cancelled at 2:30am. Several of the hotels with shuttle services said they didn't run during those hours. I was also told that several hotels couldn't book a room because they were doing "night audits." Called the Holiday Inn and the guy at the counter sent a shuttle immediately. 20 minutes later she was in her room. The shuttle driver actually got out and found her because there was some confusion about where she should be for pickup and he said he thought maybe she was lost. She said everyone there was very friendly and the room and breakfast was good. I'm grateful for them helping us and couldn't be happier with them. They definitely went above and beyond to help. Thank you Holiday Inn!"

"So my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. They were so accommodated to our needs. I lost a pair of shoes that were quite expensive and the desk said they would call if they find them or not. Unfortunately we never got a phone call but they offered to comp us a room for the inconvenience. This is the best service I've ever had. Recommend this place highly!"

The hotel's cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the rooms exceeded our expectations in terms of tidiness and comfort. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel over others in the area, particularly given its excellent value for the price."
