"Love living here it's the best atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and close-knit. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting easy access a fun night life area!"
"It's about what you'd expect from an incredibly large company real estate venture's $55M new building. Everything is new and looks great on first inspection, but the illusion slowly breaks at the seams when you get closer. Most corners are cut as close as possible or left entirely unfinished. Livable? Yes. As luxurious as it looks in pictures or on tour? You'd be hard pressed to find somewhere that is, but this place def ain't. There are many positives to living here, the staff and maintenence are genuinely very friendly. Community events are quite wholesome. I think the landscaping of the courtyard and the interior plant-life is surprisingly well done (of course these service leases signed). The location in the Grove can be very fun, with many great food and bar options within walking distance. Some unique events visit the Grove yearly as well. On an apartment wide scale, issues other tenants have been talking about include an unsafe parking garage (my car was broken into), general uncleanliness of shared utilities (dog litter abound, clogged trash chutes, grills, flooding!?), and being in a pretty unsafe part of the neighborhood (building was involved in a shooting, technically). I think most people living here don't feel super safe. I don't really know what other residential options are like around town, but I'm struggling to believe that Terra is worth the luxurious price point for most people."
"We’ve lived here almost a year now. Currently, the garage has been broken and we’re still paying $100/month for a non-functioning and non-secure garage. Just a couple weeks ago, shootings happened right outside and a shot went through the gym window. My partner’s (who lives with me here) car was broken into a couple months after moving in. The car was INSIDE the supposedly secure garage that we pay $100/car for. Window had to be replaced, still had to pay for parking. The apartment had flooding about a month ago and water had to be shut off in the whole apartment. Amenities have had problems throughout our entire lease. Trash chutes are constantly clogged and trash rooms are disgusting. Residents are not held responsible for keeping a clean community - did find dog poop in the hallways twice. For the amount of money you have to pay to live here, it is not worth it. Would not recommend living here. **on-site management and maintenance is super kind and the saving grace of this apartment complex. Regardless of all of their good intentions though, the money grabbing upper management needs to be held accountable and stop charging for things that don’t work (such as not charging for parking when the garage literally does not work)."
"My boyfriend and I have lived here since July and have had a great experience! The amenities at Terra are what really make us love it here! The mini market on the first floor has lots of snacks and drinks and although everything is pretty overpriced, it’s very nice to have something available in the building. There is a free Starbucks coffee machine that also has hot chocolate! The pool is great during the summer and it’s usually pretty empty except on weekends. The big courtyard area has well-kept landscaping and is a nice place to walk around. There’s a movie “theatre” room, a few terraces with seating, fire pits, and grills. The gym is clean and has new, good quality equipment. There is also a dog wash room, dog park, laundry room, bike storage, and a gated parking garage. There was an issue a few months ago with someone breaking into cars in the garage, but I haven’t heard of anything happening since that incident. Parking is $100/mo which is kind of ridiculous because there’s sooo many open parking spots. There is a security guard every night at the front desk. As far as location, it’s located off of Manchester, 20 minute walk to Barnes hospital, and lots of restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance. Just one block away is a nice coffeeshop, two bars, and a brewery. The front desk/management team are all super friendly and always plan community events like happy hours, game nights, dog parties, etc. Highly recommend Terra!"
"This is one of the best living experiences I've ever had. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The building is always clean and has wonderful amenities. I'm amazed that this place feels like I'm living at a hotel. Would highly recommend this place to anyone as your next apartment home!"
