"They have updated their apartment it look nice the outside look nice too the staffing is nice except for this one little short white lady she really needs to learn how to talk to people especially grown people there is a way to ask questions some one needs to educate her"

"The building is so old and outdated that it took 2 years to get a new part to fix the main elevator. Also they only paint your apartment one time when you move out or a new tenant moves in."

"Most unprofessional staff in the business. Don’t see why any one would want to stay here with the staff treating you the way they do. They act as if your bothering them when you ask about the residence. All there doing is sitting in the office and telling potential customers what they can’t do. I will never recommend hag any of my elderly family members stay here. Black women and white women today is the epitome of bad customer service."

"My mother has lived in this communicatiry since October 2016, today is February 2019 and my mother's name is not correctly set up to give her visitors entry into the building. The lady in the office is Jackie is rude and disregarding to correct it because she don't want to fool with the box outside. TThey are so selfish and non compassionate towards the resid8ans guest. I wish they would train those ladies on customer service skills and being honest. Jackie's lied about the number she set up car my mom and the other lady said Jackie locked the box and can not correct it without technical support. My mother papay rent every month on time why do she have to be inconvenient with her guest. This is so unprofessional and just sad."
