"New resident, but good things to report so far. Everyone was very courteous to work with in getting approved, reviewing the lease terms in as much detail as I needed, answering other questions, I had, and surprisingly prompt with addressing a few maintenance issues that came up within the first several days. The only issues at all for me, which are beyond their control, is people driving with no muffler on Morgan Ford but it doesn’t bother me much, is better than the last place I stayed. I just smile about having my own place with actual hardwood floors and real tile, and granite counters. (Not every unit is the exact same.) I’m loving it at Terri apartments."
