"Just phone conversation. Reviews state they are rude and well that is true. The secretary is precious very sweet but the boss, not so much. I was involved in a scam with the bogus company using this company name on a fake check. I thought I would be nice and inform them that someone is using their business . Instead of saying thank you all she kept saying was "Y DID YOU TRY TO CASH IT" she was not very nice. I tried to explain that I was unaware until afterwards and that I did NOT cash it. I called my bank to inform them. sheesh sorry for helping thank god I don't have to do business with these ppl"

They don’t take care of they’re property and also they’re thieves it’s a lot more to say but these poor people with give what they deserve from the courts and probably be shut down completely!"

"I had to end up calling the property owner in San Diego, California on Sunday so he could/would call Katherine Work personally to make her aware‼️ He was pleasant but also surprised. I told him about everything I overlooked. I just want the garbage disposal fixed/removed because it stinks up the kitchen. This has been going on a month."

The only thing I did not care for was the maintenance company she used. She no longer presides over the management company, and a new lady has taken over (and I believe she has brought a new maintenance company in with her...yes)! Unfortunately I will be moving once my lease is up, but I would have no problem recommending GSP."
