"This was when I moved out, we spent the entire day cleaning it up, and then a month later we received a letter stating that we were charged $900 for cleaning fees/damage, and the deposit was gone! They even include the dust on the top of refrigerator! I also wiped the inside of the refrigerator very clean, but they require you to make sure there isn't even a speck of dirt on it. It's really ridiculous. The stove and dishwasher were also not completely clean when we moved in, but they were still charged to us. All in all, they will try their best to deduct your deposit, and this is only if you have completely cleaned up and are lucky."

"The property/apartments are nice, staff is friendly and helpful, and most of the people that I have met here have been really nice! This is my 2nd year living here with my boyfriend, and several of my friends, now do. I am a student at UMSL and I love how convenient and close the property is to school. I have read the reviews and honestly, do not believe all that you read. We all love it here and will continue to live here."

"Worst rental experience ever. The office is irresponsible at all, always unable to contact people. The filter element of the air conditioner has never been replaced for three years. The dryer in the apartment has been broken for four months and has not been repaired. I will move out after my contract ends this year. I can only say good luck to those who want to live here."
