"The lady below me always complained about my 3 year old making too much nose, she called the cops about 3 different times. The apartment manager is a jerk, he doesn't go by his rules, after I lived there for a year I switched my lease to month to month and when I left he said I owed him money for the last month I was there which I moved out before my rent was due. He is very rude and if he doesn't like what your saying to him he will definitely try to get loud with you, if you don't have to move here please don't my experience was t that pleasant!"

"Don't rent from this place. The manager declined to give me my deposit back even though he had not inspected the unit himself and despite that I left it cleaner than when I first rented. The bugs are out of control and maintenance is horrible. The toilet sank due to poor installation and long term water damage and whoever did the conversion failed to use a T-square because the arch is off square which can be a safety hazard. They are not one bedrooms as advertised but large studios. Save your money and look at one of the better maintained complexes in the Maplewood area."

"My old apartment...it was cute...you can literally hear everything...but its a Starter Place...and the Apartments are Clean...easy to decorate...lived here for a year and a half before I moved to NYC"
