West End Apartments

"I recently rented from them was not allowed to do a walk thru. After a week of being realized it was an infestation of roaches reported this to them they used the same spray I got from Home Depot roaches were so bad they were in my refrigerator getting into my food. Was not able to stay in my own apartment. They finally called in a real exterminator in September I moved in August. Toilet overflows maintenance tried to fix so I kept a plunger handy can’t flush any toilet paper in the toilet. Water damage in bathroom. Neighbors blast their music from 1am to 3am then there’s the fighting from the same neighbors. The outside is trashy somebody poured hot grease on the bush and killed it. 1st maintenance man I had told me I broke the refrigerator, sink and toilet. Insinuate that I was section 8 that why the roaches, broken sink and toilet. He was rude and insulting I reported him to owners. I would recommend these Apts to anyone."

They do there very best to provide ALL tenants with great customer care, great customer service, and safety. I have been living here for over 10 plus years and they have been nothing but the best.
