"I've been here for almost 8 years, started off great the first few years, but once the property manager that assisted me quit, that's when everything went down hill. I've been contacting them for over 2 years about critical damages that needs repairs. Not cause by me. Big sink hole in my backyard I've complained about for years, been contacting them about my lease and information and for the last 4 months. No response from Anyone, they won't even answer when the state calls... Idk at this point if they still in the building"

"I've lived in 2 units @FOX MANOR APPTS & I finally moved 9 months ago Due to mice running through my 2nd apartment. I contacted the housing and they stop payments bc it was an 6/8in crack in my daughter's room floor. Ms. Alicia the property manager did nothing about it. Due to my lease being up soon I planned to move. During my move I got tow notes on my car frm tow companies(no name or number) about my car, and emails rushing me to leave. 8months pregnant high blood pressure plus mice running around everywhere. I applied for rental assistance..they PAID n HOUSING AUTHORITY payed my last 2 months being there. First the ganked my outta half of my deposit for the 1st unit I lived in..caught ms. Alicia in multiple lies...THEN when the time can for me to finally move, I asked about THAT DEPOSIT. I was told that she was payed BOTH BY THE RENTAL ASSISTANCE N HOUSING authority. Supposedly they where figuring out how I'm suppose to get my deposit bac. I left NO DAMAGE IN NEITHER APPTS. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME AN APPT TRIED PLAYING ME OUT MY MONEY UNDER SECTION 8. It's been 9months I've been gone. No emails about MY MONEY,,no returned calls,NO CHECK IN THEMAIL, NOTHING! I'LL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT!!!"

"update: as of 8/19/2020 packages are still missing and nothing is being done by cooperate or the building management. original post: I gave one star because packages are coming up missing. I have talked to the manger of my building and called the main office and nothing is being done. I talked with other residents and they have packages that have been stolen. My daughter sent me a Mother’s Day gift and someone stole it. When I went to management I was told to rent a locker or send my packages to a trusted persons home from now on. This is suppose to be a locked and secure building, you have to have a card or code to get in that’s the main reason I decided to live here. They say their policy is they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, they should have an obligation to the tenants to stop bad behavior. The manager here doesn’t even know how to check the cameras :/ I love my apartment, The Manager is nice and responsive. However, I have heard someone say that she basically told them that the stealing issue was of no importance to her. Well it’s important to me as stealing my stuff affects my life in a negative manner, it affects the housing community, promotes thieving and by letting people get away these actions emboldens them to do other things. So until this is taken care of and addressed because I did report it and have heard nothing, I will continue leaving bad reviews."
