"I meant to leave a review for Niko last time he helped with some of my maintenance requests, but life was happening. He just helped me with a couple of requests again this morning and he is always so efficient, and definitely knows what he's doing! He's also very friendly and was one of the first people I met when moving in to Warson and definitely made me feel welcomed."

"My fiance and I are considering moving to St. Louis. We live on the other side of the state and scheduled a tour a month in advance when we were going to be in St. Louis. It snowed the day before but we didn’t get a cancelation email or phone call. So we show up for the tour and the leasing agent refused to show us apartments because of the inclement weather from the day before despite us driving from KC. Do not waste your time here."

"Please Beware!!! Sent a family member here due to seeing a nice model unit once he seen the videos and the pictures of the model he was sold. Upon going to look at his new place it was nothing like the model, the tub was disgusting, the fixtures were loose and hanging and bathroom tile had mold which will be reported to Code Enforcement. The toilet was trashed and had dried urine around the basin, the bathroom floor was damaged as well. The bedroom door had big holes that they just patched over instead of replacing the $90 door. IF YOU DONT LIKE NOISE BE WARNED! The walls are PAPER thin, LITERALLY a layer of Drywall and studs the neighbor on the left had a dog barking constantly and the neighbor to the right you could hear sneezing… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Thankfully the lease was terminated but they still kept $400 even though they were deceptive and not up front about the unit.. IT HAS BLACK MOLD!! Major Health Code violation. You would think they would want to be honest and trustworthy instead of scamming people. Don’t let the smiles and Bulls**t fool you make sure to see the actual unit you’re getting, they are not trustworthy. Please shop around there are other places with better business practices who don’t need to scam and use deception to get tenants…"

"Maintenance Technician NIKO work is the best. He is the Maintenance technician here at Warson Village. He is thorough and knowledgeable about each job that he performs in the Warson Village Apartments. You know that the job will be performed the way it should be done the first time he is sent out to take care of the apartment problems that needs repair done. NIKO is experienced, professional and fast. He explains the problem to you and makes the repairs in a timely manner. Again, NIKO is the best there is."

"Not as described on website. Pictures below are what property now looks like, landscape not maintained, grass hasn’t been mowed in 3 weeks. Weeds, not flowers at Warson Village entrance. Shrubs not trimmed, out-of-control weeds growing up through the shrubs, weeds coming up through old mulch from last year. Overgrowth onto parking spaces under carport, and growing up the side of the building. Old limbs that have been on the ground for months, with heavy growth around them, shows how tall the grass has grown. Extreme overgrowth around the tree up the fence at the front of the property. Not a gated community. Was told gates would be repaired and operating within the first week or two when I moved in, that was over three years ago. Not all the fences are as shown on the website. I have sent numerous emails asking when landscaping would be done, have not received a reply from anyone. Apparently nothing will be done to correct the issue of the property. High employee turn over in leasing office, new every couple months. All have yet to be friendly or accommodating Apartment maintenance crew is excellent. Sent from my iPad"
