"This is by far the worst apartment complex I've lived in!!! Trash all over the lots cars get broke into all the time my third week here was a drive by shooting right outside my window..I could write a book on how horrible the staff is...let's not talk about the mold my sister moved in and had a mold check on her unit and clearly was no where near safe to live in..on that note I wouldn't recommend any one to move in this complex.."

"Awful parking. After 8pm there are zero parking spots anywhere close to your apartment, just have spaces at the management building and by the last dumpster. Have to walk very far in rain/snow/freezing cold/blistering heat. Mt apartment gets enough hot water to take a 10 minute shower, and not even run a full bath."

"My time here has been absolutely awful. When I first moved into a NEWLY renovated apartment it was disgustingly filthy and the building itself has unsafe conditions. The stairs look disgusting, feel uneven, and the rubber parts are a tripping hazard. Before moving in we were told that “it was being renovated”- not once have they been touch in MONTHS. Not to mention that the light in the stairwell has been out for months - also a safety hazard. The outside courtyard areas are just as bad with light posts being out, dead grass and muddy sidewalks.That is the least of the problems. Maintenance is terrible. They are nice people, but it takes forever to complete a request. There was a leaking toilet in my apartment for a month before it was fixed and when they did fix it they let themselves in without any prior notice making it an invasion of privacy. Management does not hire licensed tradesmen for repairs requiring it, making it nearly impossible for TWO maintenance guys to upkeep with a large complex. Lastly, management is the absolute worst. Like stated in other reviews they write the good reviews (Madison W clearly states she's a manager online!). Seems a little unethical, fraudulent and misleading. I have never had a good experience with them- always have a nasty attitude and only contact you when it is convenient for them. Not once have I gotten a response from them when I reached out first.The only good thing this place has is the location."
