"I have yet to move in, so I will update my review about living experience in the next few months :) But so far I have been working very closely with Challene M, our leasing point of contact, and she is an absolute GEM. This is my first move where I am in charge of setting things up and doing the paperwork and she has made this the most relaxing and easy going process I could have imagined. She has answered every question, text, and call; and I had a lot of questions! It is very obvious that she cares about the tenants at Monte Carlo. She even helped me at times she wasn't in the office! Finding housing at this time was very challenging, but I feel 100% confident that have made the correct decision. The apartment itself is completely remodeled and just beautiful! It was exactly what we were looking for. We found one small issue during our tour and it was fixed in less than a week! I am beyond impressed with this experience. P.S. If there's anyone in charge of this woman please, give her a raise!"
