"In this day in age, when it's so hard to find adequate housing and a place to live, I have to feel blessed that I stumbled across Stonebriar Woods Apartment Homes. There are so many options out there but it's hard to find one that I can actually afford as there are too many "luxury apartments" out there with extremely high rent rates. Stonebriar Woods has just been the perfect place to call home for me. The staff have been so friendly and helpful anytime I go to the office. Maintenance has be great with getting my work orders completed in a timely manner. There are fun activities planned by the staff, nice amenities such as a tennis court, sand volleyball court, gym and a pool. They offer garage and carport options to cover your vehicle from the crappy weather we have sometimes. I have been here since 2022 and I plan on staying for the foreseeable future."

"This apartment complex may be basic on the inside but I've had a wonderful experience with maintenance and the front office staff (even with turn over my needs were met). All of my work orders have been completed in an appropriate amount of time and they deal with winter weather very efficiently. They are pet friendly and have community events if you are looking to connect with other residents. I will deal with tan walls and carpet if it means the customer service is quality."

"I'm honestly shocked and surprised by the current rate score of Stonebriar Woods. I lived there for about three years. The only problem i had were neighbors playing their music from the parking lot at night but the staff at the leasing office always addressed and took care of it. When it came to maintenance it was done the same day or early next day. I wanna give a special shout out to Taylor. Always been helpful and when problems came and were taken care of! Part of me is sad to leave but again, Taylor said to keep a lookout and and that the leasing office would contact me. If you're looking for a quiet, well maintained and friendly apartment complex, I highly recommend!"

"Stonebriar apartments are amazing. I recommend it to anybody! Was there for two years and never had any problems. Also what I really like about it was that it’s a pretty big space for an apartment definitely if you have children."
