"AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the beginning of my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kansas City till the end I was beyond impressed. As soon as I walked through the front entrance I was greeted with a warm, inviting, and welcoming approach by the front desk employee. Throughout my stay every staff member I interacted with genuinely listened to me and put my mind at ease with their professionalism and knowledgeable customer service. Wether your traveling for business, fun, or family this hotel stands out as the absolute top choice in Kansas City."

"If you're looking for a great place to stay with family and friends you've come to the right spot. Great breakfast every morning. Coffee is piping hot. Rooms are incredible. The only negative about our stay was that the pool was freezing cold, due to a maintenance issue. Great outdoor fireplace and out door seating. Loved the lounge area, big enough to play family card games. The conference room was perfect for our family of 27 to gather with our family for an extraordinary meal, and gift exchange. Front staff was very helpful, and always courteous. The Bartender was a hit with the younger adults. Great location. Across the street from Walmart, (for last minute items) but within driving and walking distance to some fabulous restaurants."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Front desk staff were sweet and friendly, and the housekeeping crew was great. They took great care of us. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that coffee is available 24/7! We really liked the location as well. There are lots of stores and things to do nearby. The reason for the 4 stars is that there isn't much storage place in the room or restroom. only one washer and dryer in the whole facility. (They work really well, though) Also, our one room studio only had one TV. We normally will get 2 tvs with those types of rooms. Lastly, the pool is pretty shallow. The pool was clean, nice, warm, and indoor, but pretty shallow. It's more like a kids' pool, in my opinion. All in all, we would definitely love to stay there again in the future. We had a great time staying there and visiting Kansas."

"I like the location of the hotel. It was staffed by courteous employees. Has a good breakfast buffet. My only dislike is that they don't clean your room each day."

"The options were limited around this area and I only stay Marriott. Here for business. The beds were comfortable, the room was dated and had stains on the curtains. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. But, it was terrible."
