"I will never stay at this location again. I recently went on a three-day trip and upon arrival, the hotel looked very old and outdated. It didn't have any covered parking and there were signs that stated 'not responsible for damage', which was concerning for me. When I walked in, the smell of the front desk was like stale air. Unbeknownst to me, the main elevators have been out of service for over a year. Guests must take the service elevator, which I didn't find appealing. Additionally, housekeeping was lacking. I asked for my sheets to be changed due to an unpleasant odor, and they didn't pick up my sheets until the evening. When I requested for my room to be cleaned, it was after 4 pm and yet to be done. Overall, when I think of a DoubleTree, I think of quality service and an enjoyable experience. I recommend staying away from this location because it is not worth the misery."

"Came here for anniversary... First room was horrible. Second room was even worse... Customer service Sydney was great. She made sure we got an upgrade to a suite for the problems. The room was cleanerbut still had its issues. And we were done complaining, just smiled and waved.... This place needs an More upgrades than they have supposably done.. under sink rotted and nasty stuff on the floor. rotting ceiling above tv. Mattress was absolutely horrible .. I could go on and on. I would just say avoid your stay here if at all Possible. Very disappointed with Hilton. I know this will be our last stay with Hilton. 200$ room... Super 8 takes more Pride in their rooms and that is saying Something.... Housekeeper supervisor did call and apologize for room... But to be put in 3 different rooms and kind of same issues, I think they need to re-evaluate. They're cleaning procedures. We board our animals Because of the seventy five dollar nonrefundable fee for cleaning because of cleanliness in rooms... That is absurd considering these rooms are no way shape or form Clean and allergen free.. both of us woke up sinuses issues and ready to leave."

"Great Hotel at a great rate! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room Service was fast and efficient. Breakfast arrived in room still hot. A rarity in today’s world. Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna was functional. Room was squeaky clean. All around a great relaxing New Years Eve getaway"

"Be warned: they charge $10/night for parking. The WiFi is NOT free, (unless you’re some member). The bottled waters In the room are also $3 and the tap is undrinkable. Make sure you stock up at the QT down the street. The technology is really early 2000’s. The only outlet to plug in my charger was behind the nightstand. Most modern places have charging stations on the lamps. The phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t order room service. The tv channel selection is fine but there were zero apps, or options to air stream onto the tv. I stayed four days and there was the same poop stain on the back of the toilet: telling me the maid service didn’t clean the toilet. There’s no fan in there either. With so many options in this area for the same price, I would not recommend this place. The service was good. Everyone was nice. The poor bar workers were very patient."

"Derrick made all the difference in our stay. He was personable and tended to our every need. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area. The room has nice touches like down pillows and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. We noticed renovations in progress. Hopefully it will include updating the rooms. Maintenance could be better. Our sink backed up repeatedly and our conditioner was completely empty."
