"Very good experience. Clean rooms and public areas. They have a Starbucks on the first floor which is ideal for a quick coffee and pastry in the morning. AC in the room is too loud. They charge for parking which is not standard in non crowded areas, it should be complementary."

"My favorite hotel in the KC area. Rooms are very nice, well lit (I hate dark hotel rooms), and the beds are comfortable. I always enjoy the restaurant and bourbon bar. Their M Club is large and a great convenience to have. Staff is always nice and helpful. After meeting the general manager I can see why the hotel is so strong on hospitality and the staff so friendly - great guy and great hotel."

"Nice hotel with modern style rooms, laid out for relaxation in a living room type environment and sleeping area. Loved the bathroom! Nice pooling area in the lobby with various seating styles to appeal to different guests and their needs. Only problem was the 2-hour refrigerator. We left for our activity and came back to warm food inside the refrigerator. Cold drinks had to be put into a warm refrigerator until you turned it on. Don't forget to push the button when you get up in the middle of the night. Just not a good situation for food-born bacteria or cold drinks--no ice machine working on our floor the first day."

"It's close by many things. The hotel looked nice from outside and the inside was well kept presentable. The walls in the hotel were a bit thin. You could hear the neighbors a bit. Check out is noon, but housekeeper will come knocking on your door at 930am. Bed and room was clean and comfortable."
