"The new manager was rude. Not at all nice. I feel like when entering a tenants apartment that she should have common courtesy and speak when in someone’s home. And not have an attitude. The maintenance men had more courtesy and were very nice."

"I've been living here since 2014 and I've really haven't had any complaints until recently. There's bugs everywhere, the rugs in the hallways are very nasty and embarrassing. You wouldn't want people to come over and visit. No lights in the laundry room and maintenance orders aren't being done or there half being filled. The new management team was doing a great job and just like that as of yesterday she's gone. She was working doing the best she could in the little time she was here. She spoke up and listened to the tenants. Maintenance is horrible and half do their job. I've had rain coming into my apartment, every time it's rained. I've filled out many request and they come in and throw something up and their out. I need a new stove because it keeps catching on fire. They say it's grease and I need to clean it. NOOOOO! It's burnt up from catching on fire. Another way of them not doing their jobs. Riding around on golf carts lounging and complaining when it's work to be done. I've caught them on my camera several of times cursing and being rude when a work order is called in or being giving to them. Now again for the 3rd time we're left without management because they lied and got her fired because she was making them do their job. Unacceptable and the tenants need to be talked to when management changes. We're left to figure it out and we're being spoken for when no one is clearly talking to us. Property managent needs to look closely into this."

"Sooooo I’ve lived here not even a month. The A/C has gone out twice, this time I was ever so fortunate to be informed I wouldn’t get a new a/c unit until the spring! I requested one but we shall see. For the meantime, I was blessed with this incredibly useless window a/c unit in my master bedroom for my 1200 square foot apartment! Stove, only one burner comes on. It takes an hour to make hamburger helper for crying outloud. My dishwasher/garbage disposal leaks leaving a puddle on the floor for whenever you enter the kitchen. (And yes, that’s my fridge lightbulb being held in by tape.) And to top it off, irresponsible parents allowing their children to run and scream all over, up and down the apartment complex like a jungle gym in McDonald’s. They actually pulled the fire alarm yesterday and had the fire department knocking on doors to verify every-bodies safety. I was in a bind to move, needed to go somewhere quick and I feel very taken advantage of for the amount of $$$ I pay to live here. ($1200 for a 2 bed 1 Bath) Mr. T the maintenance guy is super helpful and caring, he tries his best to get things fixed but dealing with faulty equipment there’s only so much you can do before things simply need replaced, not fixed. I do not recommend these apartments."

"This is gotta be the worst place I have ever move I made a mistake pls I’m warning you don’t not move this place I’m promise you that I pay so much rent and water bills for this dumb like they only spending so much money only the outside like what I don’t live outside owner how about fix the hallway is so old and disgusting and their so much stain and smells like rotten eggs like come on now really they really don’t care and the outside garbage like bro what is this is like a city dumb I swear they don't pay the garbage bill lol and the inside sure they repainted and replace the carpet but they replace the kitchen and the bathroom like bro my kitchen stove is broken I have to call the maintenance and they really don’t care now I have no stove thanks a lot wasting rent and bills for real!"
