"The apartment above me had a water leak the first of MAY. I went to the management office every week to every other week, asking them to fix the water damage from it. They always had an excuse for why they hadn't fixed it. Well, wouldn't you know black mold started to grow (this is in my bedroom, mind you). I told them about the mold, but they still continued to put it off. Finally, come AUGUST I got sick of their excuses and called the government agency that funds the apartments. They said they would speak with management and have the issue fixed right away. Maintenance came in while I was at work and painted keels on the mold. Awesome, that's great. However, he didn't cover the carpet and got the paint spray all over it. PLUS, when he painted, he didn't bother to take care of the hole that had formed in the wall. Cool, cool, that seems logical. Now they treat me like I'm the issue. I was extremely patient and understanding for months. New management is needed more than ever."

"Deeply regret moving here, absolutely nothing gets done even after multiple work orders have been placed.have an issue with your trashy neighbors you can expect nothing to be done. Worthless is the definition of this place."

"My daughter applied for a place. She was told they would qualify and they supplied everything asked for. After waiting about 3 weeks the lady ran their income again but did it wrong and said they didn't qualify. If someone could tell me how 11 bucks an hour comes out to $34,000 a year, I'd appreciate the math lesson."
