"The first apartment complex I've ever resided in that doesn't treat their tennants like gnats. The service is quick and the people are respectful. We appreciate all that they've done so far to be flexible with us and look forward to continue living here."

"My primary complaint is the lack of responsiveness from management. I feel like anytime I've called and left a message, I've never gotten a call back. I've emailed them which seemed to work at times, except for the last email where I gave them my forwarding address and they didn't take note of it. Apparently our move-out fee was sent to the apartment that we had already moved from so we didn't get that paid on time. The work they hire out is also questionable since we had several unpleasant occurrences with the companies that retiled our bathroom and fixed our sink (multiple pieces of furniture and items were ruined from their work). The on-site maintenance crew is actually really great so that's a plus. Just take caution at the workers who they hire outside of Treetop because they're not careful with your stuff. The apartments are nice to live in and are fairly big. Like I mentioned, the only issue I had was no one being in the office and receiving a call from a debt collector because they neglected to use our forwarding address."

"The overall apartments are not bad, however the management is beyond terrible. Never in the office and never answer the phone. Called multiple times and would leave a message only to never get a call back. The maintenance guy was the best worker there doing the job of upper management even though it was not in his job duty. But the work that was hired out to contractors was done awful. They refinished the showers in our apartment only to destroy pieces of our furniture and other objects in our rooms, when we contacted management about this they pretty much said that's too bad. A plumber had to be called for a leaky pipe and he used our personal pitcher to clean out the pipe leaving sink sludge in the pitcher, seemed so gross we had to throw it out."

"I often feel I live at a resort. My home overlooks the swimming pool and it is a gorgeous view. At night you can hear the locusts in the summertime. The location is calm and quiet, like a resort. The office staff are very professional and accommodate residents in a swift and timely manner. I have known Amanda for years and couldn't ask for better help in assisting me with matters. Cindy is very helpful too. Both of these team members are extremely efficient and personable. Emil, aka jack of all trades, has been one of the maintenance men for my entire duration here at Treetop. He always pops out a joke and a smile even when he has to deal with maintenance issues nobody would care to do. He is also professional, courteous, efficient and a hoot to be around. The new maintenance guy is looking like a nice fit into the Treetop team. What a great place to live and a great bunch of people. I look forward to living here for years to come."
