"We moved here around 3 years ago when this was still called Antioch crossing, the new management group is so disorganized they constantly come into our apartment with maintenance things from other companies that we didn’t even request, we have talked to our maintenance guy for requests + put them in online and the only way it gets fixed is talking to the maintenance man, the manager does not seem to care about you, they have been saying for months our ceiling plus vents would be fixed, there are squirrels + birds nesting"

"EDIT 10/23/23 Water started dripping from the overhead ceiling lamp and then just from the kitchen ceiling in general (I called and left a message saying this and said its their choice to classify as emergency or not. After receiving a phone call I was told they were coming to check it out and they never showed which made me more mad then the actual ceiling leaking, just don't say you are coming!) The place always stinks and smells musty, especially in the hallways. The bathroom always stinks like sewer and I thought maybe that was a personal problem, I've had several people over who agree that the smell is not from something I was told by neighbors theirs stank as well. And the last thing I will leave for now is there is a huge bug problem, tons of small bugs that seem to come from the pipes or something. Again confirmed this is not just a "me" issue. This place is borderline unsafe and I would not recommend anyone to live here. I would hate to see what in between the walls look like given the lack of care for these units. EDIT 10/19/23 Posted original yesterday after taking a cold shower. I'm fairly certain by lunch time I had hot water restored and just finished testing it for today. Hot water is indeed back. I also would like to clarify that it may have just been misfortune that the times I tried to call or visit the office no one was there, but one of those times were on move in day, so it sticks with me well. I'm sure they are available most of the time. They also made sure to reach out yesterday to tell me they were working on the water situation. Let me clarify on the move in ready part. When I moved in (and its entirely my fault I didn't report it earlier) there was no hot water (didn't report until 9/30 as it was getting worse with temperature drops, now fixed), the heat did not work (fixed since then), the oven didn't work (still doesn't work but have a ticket for it should be fixed soon), the ceiling fan was not mounted correctly so it would make a lot of noise (fixed very fast after reported), there was no mail key for me (since then fixed but that took longer than it should have). Maybe all this is not bad, but compared to other apartments at similar rent, this is a stark contrast. After everything is fixed, the complex is much better. The biggest complaint is the shared areas are pretty dirty (smelly carpet staircases and entry ways which can be seen in other reviews as well, but I think the smell does a pretty good job of staying in the hallways and not leaking in the apartment). Also I wanted to give kudos, one day I had poop or something brown start coming up the bathtub drain and that was my first maintenance request and that was fixed the next day (a Saturday) so the water heater taking weeks may have just been a fluke. Have told them many times about my lack of hot water. The first time was on 9/30. They have claimed to try to fix it several times by doing the same thing (changing elements and thermostat), however I have yet to have a hot shower and maybe for one day after they changed the elements the shower got to luke warm (one day). I have no deadline to when it will be done, and I'm still being told they may not replace it and try to repair it again. I'd say the other big issue with the apartment is you will almost never find someone in the office during office hours and no one will ever answer the phone (you might get a call back). The location is great, the people that I have interacted with seem nice, the renovations are ok although the property was not ready to be moved into on move in day."
