I pay for pest control, yet I've never seen them... Big nasty spiders. Thin walls, old floors make ceilings CREAK, high electric bills, and WATER SHUT OFF NOTICES every week.. I think PB needs to add a dog park + better amenities. Tiny pool & workout room"
