"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years.. I live here because it’s cheap and I’m in school. Walls are thin, you hear neighbors, dogs barking, etc… the insulation/windows are very low quality; my living room is 70 degrees and my bedroom is 58 degrees. In the summer, the opposite is true. There are no security cameras in this area: multiple cars have been broken into/gotten stolen. Within 2 months of living here, my motorcycle got stolen. So again the rent is on the cheaper side.. and that’s why."

"The off hours maintenance team is trash, called them with my AC not running temps > 85 F in my apartment and they couldn’t do anything about it. Maintenance in general is either very short staffed or not responsive."

"Just moved here last Wednesday. We had a couple maintenance needs which we discovered and a maintenance person arrived shortly after our call. Found the staff very friendly and our apartment has a nice spacious layout with vaulted ceilings giving a nice atmosphere."

"My husband and I have lived here for a year and could not be happier. Although our apartment is a little out dated, the price and location is outstanding. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix problems in the apartment. The office staff has had some changes since we have been here, but the current group of people are friendly and willing to help. When apartment searching, the pervious reviews were kinda alarming but I understand that people who have bad experiences will be the ones reviewing. Overall, I am happy that we ignored the few bad reviews as we don’t plan on moving any time soon!"
