"We've lived here nearly a year and had never had to put in an emergency work order, but our big moment came on a Sunday evening when our disposal suddenly started leaking like crazy. Zach came very quickly and was absolutely wonderful with us, especially given that we had to call him in on a weekend night. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure we were totally taken care of before leaving. We were so grateful for his support and kindness with such an urgent issue!"

"Pros: -Fair rent cost / updated housing* -Pool was nice during the summer (but pool does need a new filter system) -Office workers are nice* -Great Location -Pet friendly*~ -Johnny (maintenance man) absolutely wonderful and works hard Cons: -Apartment was dirty on move in I had maintenance on and off in my apartment frequently the first few months I lived there -Limited parking -The age of the apartment complex is starting to show -Trash day = Trash thrown everywhere (now this isn’t completely the complex’s fault this also has to do with the trash company and tenants) -Walls are thin/ ceilings for bottom floor. I for the entire time living there had the thumpest upstairs neighbor. It is not the worst place to live by any means you can see where they are trying to improve. However it is not a luxury apartment complex they are simply renovated. I went with out a cabinet drawer in my kitchen for months and the replacement was a piece of wood that was painted for the rest of my time living there and gave up on trying to have it fixed. Unless it is Johnny or Brian (believe it’s his name) your maintenance issues will not be addressed timely. I went without hot water in the winter a couple times even after I put in an emergency work order was told they power cycled the water heating unit and to wait 4-6 hours…. Johnny had to come the following day to fix it correctly. Again not the worst place by any means but not great either."

"PROS: Their landscaping is good. The people who spray for bugs are always nice, they knock, and say "PEST CONTROL!" Before they enter. The office ladies are sometimes nice (depends who is working). No discrimination here. Some of the 1 star reviews say that the workers are racist or discriminative towards LGBTQ+. I don't think that's true at all. I think they treat everyone badly. CONS: This is the worst place I've ever lived. I agree with other reviewers that said, "These are not luxury apartments." You'll continue to have the same problems. Maintenance just puts a bandaid on it, but don't actually fix it. I assume it's because there is job security in always having a job to do. Also they look like criminals, and are extremely rude. It is very unpleasant to speak with them. What I dislike the most about the maintenance here is that, they don't always knock, or tell you before they enter your appartment. They just walk in like it's their place. This just happened to me this week. If they are going to walk in like they pay my rent, then I wish they would actually pay my rent. They will write you up for anything. They tell you they can in the contract you sign, but they also enforce it so hard there is no warning. It doesn't matter if it's the first infraction, THERE IS NO WARNING PRIOR! So be careful, because it will go on your permanent record, which means other appartments might not accept you in the future. I think the first offense you should get a warning. My payments have always been on time, and I haven't destroyed any of their property. I've never lived in a place that was this strict. It feels very hypocritical because they are so bad at managing their property. I've also NEVER had this happen at any other place I've lived. Never been reported, or had any problems. When I first moved in the neighbor above me begged me not to complain about her. She asked me to come to her if she was too loud. After I was written up for something silly, I understood why she was so persistent; I'm sure she was written up too. She probably would have been evicted if I would have complained. There are alot of 5 star reviews on here that say they have been living here 3-5 years, and they are so happy here... I find it a little suspicious, "happy," here? Also, think about it, no one stays in the same appartment that long. Most landlords significantly raise your rent each year. They know moving is an inconvenience, and you'll just pay the extra cost to stay, so they try to get more money from you. But most of us can't afford it, so after 1-2 years we leave, and look for something more affordable. Consider what a person has to gain from writing a review. We are telling our truth, so other people are made aware of possible outcomes. My review would be different if they were providing good experiences and services to their tenants. But no one is happy here, and everyone is constantly leaving. Except for those mythical 5 star reviewers. Props to them for being so tolerant. Also, the person replying to all these reviews, and telling people they can contact the office for help... We do contact the office when there are problems, but nothing is done, hence the bad reviews. When it is done, it's not done well, or it's done with a really bad attitude. Which brings me to my next point... More than a job done poorly, I can't stand the bad and unprofessional attitudes. No one wants to get treated badly in their own home. I may be renting, but if I could own a house, I would, and so would most people. But since we don't, we have to pay for over-priced appartments. And then we have to get treated poorly by the staff of those over-priced appartments. This appartment complex is a business, but I'm a person, and I live here. They should at least tell their employees to be kinder to tenants inside their appartments. This is our temporary home; it's our safe space! We are expected to respect your property, but you should also respect us while we are on that property."

"I have lived here for almost three years, in a one and now two bedroom apartment. When I first moved in, we were under different management that was not good. However, new management came in over a year ago and has worked tirelessly to fix things! I have loved living here and will be sad when I go. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The maintenance is great and friendly and always try to get things done in a timely manner. The community is always put together and the location to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and highway access is amazing. You’ll love living here."

"I lived here for 1.5 years. It’s one of the least expensive apartments to still get an updated interior. But this is not a luxury complex as they advertise. There isn’t a lot of pride in maintaining the property, so the residents follow suit. I finally left after my heat was out for five very cold days with no urgency from maintenance."
