"We had the best experience with Ryan, from both a property management and a realtor perspective. I found Royal Gate Management when I was having a lot of serious issues with my previous Property Management company. Ryan stepped in so start alleviating the situation with the renters in my home before I even committed to joining him as a client. We live out of state so it was critical to have someone trustworthy and reliable. We had a great experience with him checking on our place regularly, keeping us apprised of everything going on with the property, etc. We decided that we were going to sell the house at the end of the lease. Ryan made arrangements for all the work that was needed and negotiated reasonable pricing for us with the various vendors. When I balked at one vendor's pricing in particular, Ryan went and negotiated a pretty hefty discount. He even did some of the work himself and charged a very fair price.
