"I am very pleased with Julio and the prompt maintenance responses. The apartments are large, and the area is quiet too. The pool area, when open, is very nice and quaint. Thank you, Julio, for the blinds installation! You are very much appreciated!"
"I went to view this property and really liked several things about it. The location was tucked in an area where there several businesses surrounding it. On the weekend I viewed it was extremely peaceful, not much traffic at all. The pool area was very nice and much bigger than where I live now. The workout area was lacking compared to most places I've seen, but there is a massive Genesis gym close by. Also very close are places I would normally eat: chartreuse caboose, hooters to name a few. The unit I was interested in was a unique two bedroom. Kind of a loft upstairs with its own full bathroom and downstairs was the main bedroom with a full bathroom. The young lady that showed me the property was wonderful, answered all my questions and did not rush me through the viewing. There have been other places I've recently looked at where I felt like as a prospective tenant I should have been treated better. Unfortunately the apartment here I wanted did not match the time of my lease expiration at my current residence. I may consider again next year."
"Since they encourage new residents to write reviews.. here is mine. I’m a new resident. I haven’t been here for more than 2 months and I’ve had nothing but issues living here. I came into my “move in” ready apartment thinking that I found my new home but left very disappointed. On my first day living here, my apartment’s hot water smelled like sulfur ( rotten eggs), my tiles in my bathrooms were cracked, my fridge was missing a whole drawer, and there was a crack under my front door that let pests in. I honestly don’t believe my apartment was deep cleaned from my initial visit or if they even checked anything. Yes, the maintenance people came and fixed the issues but I had to file numerous work orders in my first week of living here and take time off of work to be present in my apartment because I had pets. My tile in my bathroom is yet to be fixed: they said the tiles in the bathrooms are out of style and not in stock. No follow up if my flooring will ever be fixed. Just be prepared to file a bunch of work orders when you move in because you’ll have to! This property claims to be peaceful environment but yet allows residents to blast music after 10 p.m. every week night and nothing can be done. The cherry on top for me is today, I received no notification that maintenance was entering my apartment but it was a mistake.. they had the wrong apt number that filed a work order request. Then When I was looking at my camera footage, they acted like my pet was no where to be found which made me leave work worried about my dog! This place is a mess and disorganized. How does this happen? I looked at the google reviews before moving here and everyone stated this was a great place to live. This is my honest review and be cautious before choosing here! The only pro for me is the location!"
"I lived here around July 2021-2022. On moving in I was told that they would be renovating all of the units and moving people into the renovated units as they go. I didn’t hear anything about this until about 11 months later when I got a 30 day notice that I needed to leave because all of their units are full and they finally decided to start renovations. If Carmen is still the property manager then don’t come here because she will screw you over. (The maintenance guy was really nice tho and very helpful)"
