"This company is the rudest most racist company out there . I tried to apply they stole my $350.00 and denied me . They denied me with no excuse just because. I tried to talk to the there manager was the most nastiest person in the world . Very hostile and aggressive over the phone . She kept blaming it on the background check company and I talked to the background check company and they told me it’s them denying me for the apartment. So if you’re coming from Cali she will deny you don’t apply to them to get a place . PS I tried calling several times to get my money back no answer this is how they make there money by scamming people from out of state !! I will be filing fraud against this company!!!"

"This review is based on my personal experience with the staff and location. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any apartment community. This is from a combination of staff, neighbors, and the apartment itself. I don't write reviews often either because I don't often feel bothered enough to do so. With that all being said, I am not going to rant about my experience here. It is what it is and my review is simply to advise people to avoid this complex. Any response from this company to address my review doesn't take away or change my negative experience here. This experience was bad enough for me to write a review and hope to never reside in a community like this one again."

"Block Properties tend to knock it out of the park and the Galleria is no different. Truly top of the line amenities, property management and the community itself is extremely friendly and welcoming ! Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone who is considering! Just be warned the incredibly easy access to Chick Fil A, Whataburger and Andy's ice cream is not for the faint of heart"
