"Nice quiet community. Maintenance is prompt when needed though we haven't had many issues. Lots of different people. If you are a social person there are lots of people to meet and things to do. If you just want to keep to yourself, you can definitely do that as well. The apartments are incredibly well designed and feel even bigger than they already are."

"Superb Maintenance/Repair response from both the Community Manager, Paige Whited, and the Maintenance staff! My garage door malfunctioned when I returned home around 6pm on a Friday evening. I suddenly realized I was locked out of my apartment because I had left the front door deadbolt locked. Due to their enhanced door security, there is no key access to the front door deadbolt nor the patio door. I received a call in less than 2 minutes from an after-hours Maintenance staff member, who would then contact Paige. I was very fortunate due to Paige being still at the office and her kindness. She walked over to my apartment to unlock the Emergency Pull, but we weren't able to raise the very heavy garage door. She quickly ran over to the pool and got Nick, one of the regular residents, and they came back over to help. We got the garage door opened, I ran inside, and un locked the front door. Since it was the start of the weekend, Maintenance wouldn't be able to repair until Monday morning, but that was just fine since I still had my private driveway to park my vehicle. Maintenance arrived Monday morning, left for a few minutes to get some parts, and quickly returned to repair the garage door, and was completed in less than 30 minutes. BIG shout of THANKS to Paige, Azariah, and Cecil for responding so quickly and taking care of my garage door issue!!"

"One the best apartments I have lived in. Maintenance response time is incredible, lived here for 3 years and the service always remained awesome. Most typical apartment amenities are included. Spacious 3 bedroom apartments with a large living area and high ceilings. Never had to deal with management for anything unnecessary. Quite neighborhood, good schools and location otherwise as well. If I were to mention a minor negative, it would be that the appliances can use an upgrade. Thank you Woods at Cherry Creek!"

"Great community with incredible access to corporate campuses and a plethora of shopping and amenities at a great price. Individual units could use some updating, but the property is maintained well for its age. Great property management representatives. Very close (right next to) an extensive streamway park that can be walked for miles. Not a singles meet-up place. Many established residents and newlyweds/corporate folks. I am newly divorced, 49 years old, Male, felt a little out of my element in my particular situation, but that is on me, not the complex. Otherwise, this complex is really ideal in most regards."
