"We rented the house for the birthday surprise and I was really surprised with how big and clean the house was. Great neighborhood and feel very safe plus there is a pond in the backyard. House has numerous beds for multiple families and kitchen has an amazing size for family gathering/cooking. Everything’s close by. Basement it’s a really spacious, space to watch movies/game rooms for kids and adults. I personally loved or stay in my friends and family loved it too we will definitely come back. "This Christmas, we wanted our family Christmas celebration to be in a "Home away from Home" and one that would give us that WOW factor. Our stay in the Overland Park home exceeded our expectations. Not only is it immense in size with sheer elegance throughout, it was immaculate and had any and every amenity and item we thought we needed. It is absolutely a luxury home, beautifully and tastefully decorated; it is very warm in ambience; and the floor plan provides privacy for anyone wanting to just have some quiet time to themselves and away from others. Also, we loved the quiet neighborhood. All the homes are beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the spectacular view overlooking the large water pond, which includes a family of geese that you see in the back yard and sometimes in the water. This was the perfect time of year to stay here. We were so surprised to peek out our windows at night and see that we were surrounded by the other homes around the pond that were decorated in beautiful Christmas lights. The home is also unique because it is a "smart home," and thanks to the owner, it was easy to maneuver. Our family members surprisingly became good friends with "Alexa." We also felt very secure using the security system in place. The check in and check out process was a very easy, organized process to follow. We found the 3D tour of the home exceptional. The tour was what impressed us to book this home. We look forward to another opportunity in which we can come together and stay in this Overland Park home. Also one thing that played a major role in our being so satisfied with our entire experience was the hands-on, sincere communication from Kishore, the owner, providing us with the ultimate accommodation.
