"I really enjoyed my stay at East Villa, I was there for almost three years. Mrs. Donna( apartment manager) and Mr. David(maintenance) were always nice and professional. If I had a problem with anything they would make sure that the problem was resolved in a timely manner. This is a great place to stay, it’s very quiet and in a great neighborhood."

"Apartment manager is very unprofessional, and rude! She yells at her tenants, and hangs the phone up in their face. We’ve had rats running all around our apartment (when they were informed about it , she told us that we were nasty, WHICH WAS CLEARLT NOT THE CASE, because our neighbors had rats inside their apartments as well., there’s only one maintenance guy that works part time, so it’s very hard to get anything fixed. If you are looking for a place to stay I would not recommend this to be your new home. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED!!"

"These apartments are infested, it’s NEVER any parking spots, each unit is assigned ONE PARKING spot. Maintenance is horrible. This is by far the worst experience I have received from someplace I suppose to call home. When you get in contact with the manager about your problems, she flips the scenario as if it’s your fault! I recommend DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I lived here 2 yrs n I’ve dealt with bats, water bugs n mold in the bathroom! On the weekends people come over n park in front of your door n you can’t even park in front of your building! It’s quiet but the maintenance is horrible! For what they charge should be half of that. The place isn’t air tight bc in the winter air comes threw the windows n under the doors! Everybody in my house has stayed sick this yr n last year."

"I love the area that it's in. The apartment looks nice & is of a nice size. The only downfall is management doesn't like to fix things. My living room has been leaking for some months & its only getting worse. And it still hasn't been fixed. The time us falling as well."
