"From September 23 until now this has been our home off and on during the time of my MIL being sick and has passed. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s located in an area with everything. Thank you to the front desk managers and guest service reps and housekeepers. You all made our stay very comfortable. See you all next time."

"I travel quite a bit, and this was the nicest stay I have had in a long time. The room was immaculate. The bed, the pillows, and the cleanliness of the room were terrific. The entire building was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location."

"Great location but you won’t hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-55 interchange. Give it a shot while passing through the Jackson area."

"I had a horrible and scary experience. The bathroom of the room I stayed in had a defective door lock/handle (the door doesn’t open once shut even though you didn’t lock it). So imagine my panic when I finished my shower and I realized I was locked inside and couldn’t get out. I had no clothes with me (only couple towels), it was steamed, it was late and I was extremely exhausted after a long drive. The Fire Department had to break down the door for me to get out. Luckily I had my phone with me, so I could call for help, but if I haven’t it with me only God knows when I would be rescued/found. Although I appreciate they refunding the money and for apologizing for the incident, it’s safe to say I won’t be going to stay there again. This wasn’t the only thing that bothered me that night. Prior to this incident, I had already disliked that the elevator wasn’t working (not fun have heavy stuff to carry up the stairs). Also, I didn’t like the weird smell inside the room. And I had an impression that the bed sheet weren’t as clean as it should."

"We stayed at this hotel while on vacation. It's in a great location surrounded by lots of restaurants. Over the hotel is pretty good but can use a good makeover. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some repairs. Stains in carpet, some of the furniture has been worn, and the bathroom is missing things. Not a bad place to stay, just needs a little renovation. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed."
