Grand at Pearl Apartments

"Would give the place a 5 but ran into some issues right after moving in which was very inconvenient. I will say the issue was handled but it took some days to actually resolve what was happening. I know no complex is perfect and you can't help who moves in and what their lifestyle projects so the fact that they were prompt in deciding what should be done I commend them for but being that the issue was something very unsettling I gave a 4. Other than that the staff has been more than helpful , all calls and emails were responded to promptly and the grounds and living area has been quiet and well maintained. The trash area is very tight kinda makes it hard to get trash in there. The location is convenient as far as the highway and shopping. Police presence as soon as you enter which also has a calming effect letting you know they take safety serious."

"I submitted a maintenance request on last Thursday as an emergency. Our maintenance man responded immediately. We discussed the issue which he assisted me in rendering a temporary solution. I thought that would be best as he had just left the property and was now home with his family. He had also been working extremely hard lately. I noticed during the night the problem still existed. He contacted me Friday shortly after 7 am to check on me. What I thought was commendable wS that he was off on a well deserved day, but still strived to ensure my problem was resolved. Unfortunately, I would be away from home until around noon. He took the time to mention the issue to someone else and it was resolved before I arrived home. His attitude of service and pleasant, professional manner is what I have always encountered with him. Our assistant manager sends out daily inspirational quotes. I think that is awesome as you strive to impact someone's day in such a positive manner. Great Job Cedric and John"

"Only been here for going on a week so far, but overall I am very impressed. First impressions of the grounds and my apartment were very positive. It's evident that the managers and staff take alot of care in quality. I've dealt directly with both Tahitian and John and found them to be polite, friendly, and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. Only took off half a star because when I moved into my place there were some things not fully finished yet and it was alittle inconvenient. But even so, those things were handled quickly and professionally. So far, I would highly recommend this place."

"From the moment I typed “The Grand “ into google up until the time I’ve spent my first four days living here it’s been a good experience. The staff communicate and attitude is very welcoming and superb. We received several emails and updates from the time we applied until present. The fact upon moving in I didn’t have to touch the house up like previously at other properties was amazing. They even had a little gift basket waiting on the counter for our move in date. That really made us feel welcomed. The diversity of the complex is nice as well. It’s always well kept outside which is nice to look at. My four star rating is based off of the fact I’m still new to the community, I’m sure this time next year my rating will be 5stars or more !!!!!"
