"I wanted to redo or remove my original review (where I think i gave 1 star) but could not find or access it. I gave one star previously because of the experience with the staff etc. But I was surprised that the management cared enough to reach out to me. This experience restored my confidence in Wyndham. They are there to ensure that their customers are treated well and have good stay. That's good enough for me."

"We were only at this place for like seven hours. Woke up with a suspicious bug in my bed with me. I’m not saying it was a bedbug, but that’s what google said. The staff weren’t super concerned. Fast forward a month later and someone tried to buy pizza nearby with the card I used there. Two days later they got my sister’s card twice more. This place is scummy."

"They have a FULL breakfast! Great customer service which is a BIG deal for us. Rooms were cleaned every day. Be patient the housekeepers don't speak English very much at all but they're very helpful once they know what you're asking. The only thing I would suggest is that the carpet needs a good washing and bigger beds would be a plus. It didn't stop us from booking a 3rd night though."

"Was in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at this location. First night, the toilet in our room wouldn't flush. My husband went to the front desk to ask if someone could look at it and was told it would be several hours and we could use the bathroom in the lobby until then. About 30 minutes later, we got a call saying they were going to switch our room so everything was fine. This morning, even though check out isn't until 11am, they started knocking on doors at 9am. At about 10:15, they knocked again and I told them the room was still occupied. 5 minutes later, as I'm in the process of getting dressed, they literally OPENED THE DOOR and tried to enter. Luckily, I had the chain on the door and they couldn't get in, but it scared my 7 year old son who was chilling on the bed waiting for me to finish getting ready. And also, NOT OK!!! The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to everything. But the service, the constant smell of pot, and dudes just opening doors as people are getting dressed makes this literally THE worst place I've ever stayed!!!"
