"Stayed 1 night in October, was told by the front desk the card reader was down and they required cash for the night. I paid the amount in cash, and my card was then charged, they initially refunded the amount to my card however a week later I was charged twice again. The charges are still on my back statement. When I attempted to resolve the issue with hotel staff they hung up on me without offering any assistance. So I needed to block my card and initiate a charge back. Don’t pay cash and let them run your card."

"Give these people a raise cause they sure deserve it. Hospitality and attitude was amazing. They made me feel so welcome. Rooms are clean and comfy. I will be making this my go to hotel when I am in the area for now on."

"Good prices horrendous owner. Indian guy that is no help! It looks like some kid tagged the door with a spray can! This week the Patel guy is not here but on vacation. Well his one hood elevator broke … again! Its always something here! The staff are really good people! But they r constrained by the CHEAP A S S OWNER! I have a heart condition that limits my ability to go up and down stairs! This make the 3rd time I have been here they have had problems with the elevator! This puts me @ a big disadvantage. I stay for weeks @ time. All my luggage, food and computers are all upstairs. Im stuck! I will never stay here again! SO RUN DONT STAY HERE ALWAYS SOME PROBLEMS AND Patel won’t help. Last time i was here i had to threaten to check out due to a broken chair! He asked me if I broke it in the conservation! I just checked in! Then he got the recliner to close and wanted me use it cuz it closed! Its feaking broken! I wanted to change it out and it was a big deal with him! We went round and round! The refrigerators sounds like a snow cone machine! I asked to get fixed but Patel just ignores you! Today I am done with him and will be contacting all local officials regarding the elevator. This is ridiculous how this guy comes to this country and runs this hotel like a brothel house in India! RUN! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! OWNER/ Mgmt is horrendous! But the staff is incredible! Don’t understand but i done with him!"

"Nice place. Pet friendly and all. They are suites so full kitchenette but no complimentary breakfast. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Being a pet friendly hotel it wasn't the best for my allergies. They do a good job cleaning the rooms but you can always tell somewhat. I stayed a few weeks and only had an issue one time with the television not working properly which they did not fix despite me bringing it to their attention a couple times. Overall though the rooms are spacious and nice if you need a bigger place or are in town working. There are cheaper options close by though if you don't care about the kitchenette. Bonus: it's right next door (easy walking) to a Dollar general if needed."
