"Nice rooms. Front desk a little unprofessional. I'm an Elite member. Asked for a typical 2 p.m. checkout and was told to come down in the morning. "Who would want to come down in the morning when you can do it right now?" Check-in is after 4 p.m. The level of professionalism is decreasing every year here."
"Stayed here this past weekend for the first time and I must say that this place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the staff was very professional and courteous to me. I stayed on the 4th floor which was very quiet and for my short stay I woke up relaxed and well rested. There were lots of restaurants surrounding this hotel and it's not too far from the outlet mall for shopping. I appreciated the convenience of being close to the interstate as well. If I am ever in Mississippi again, I would definitely stay here."

"Hotel location is very accessible to Restaurants, fast food and groceries if you need one. The room is clean and modern. My only negative comment is that I can clearly hear people talking beside our room late night. Maybe the sound isolation is not quite good."
